Translation:

who believe in the Book We have sent down to you (i.e. the Quran) and in the Books sent down before you, and firmly believe in the Hereafter.

Translit: Waallatheena yuminoona bima Aunzila ilayka wama Aunzila min qablika wabialakhirati hum yooqinoona

Translation:

The ignorant people say, "Why does not Allah Himself talk to us or why does not a Sign come to us?" The people before them also talked like this, for all (who swerve from the Right Path) have the same mentality. We have already shown clear Signs to those who believe;

Translit: Waqala allatheena la yaAAlamoona lawla yukallimuna Allahu aw tateena ayatun kathalika qala allatheena min qablihim mithla qawlihim tashabahat quloobuhum qad bayyanna alayati liqawmin yooqinoona

(If they turn away from the Divine Law, then) do they desire to be judged by the laws of ignorance? Yet there is no better judge than Allah for those who believe in Him.

Translation:

who establish the Salat and pay the Zakat, and they are the ones who fully believe in the Hereafter.

Translation:

And when the time of the fulfillment of Our Decree approaches them, We . shall bring forth a beast for them from the earth, which will speak to them (about this) that the people did not believe in Our Revelations.

Translit: Waitha waqaAAa alqawlu AAalayhim akhrajna lahum dabbatan mina alardi tukallimuhum anna alnnasa kanoo biayatina la yooqinoona

These are the lights of discernment for all mankind and guidance and mercy for those who affirm the faith.
